Welcome to MetaMint. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, marketplace, and related services. By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

5. Risks of NFTs

NFTs are volatile and speculative assets. By engaging in NFT transactions, you acknowledge that values can fluctuate dramatically, and you may lose money. MetaMint does not provide investment advice and is not responsible for financial losses.

6. Limitation of Liability

MetaMint provides a platform for NFT transactions but does not guarantee the legitimacy, authenticity, or value of NFTs. We are not liable for damages resulting from user actions, technical issues, or third-party services.
